  The rug did not arrive on time, so I contacted the seller and she sorted it all out for me. It was UPS's fault. They couldn't find the address and they didn't contact me. The rug arrived yesterday. It is beautiful and in excellent condition. The photograph really didn't do it justice. It looks AMAZING in my sitting room. I am absolutely thrilled. I will definitely buy from this seller again. Many thanks and 10/10.

  Delivered by Yodel left on doorstep although we were in Package was all torn, and covered in something ,looked like it had been dragged through a field Yodel service and care of other people’s parcels is beyond belief and could be summed up in one word C R A P !!!!!!!!!

  Item sent was not new. One key broken and glued. German keyboard instead of UK version shown on listing and sticky residue to base of keyboard. Packing not great either with not much care and jammed into box. Annoyingly message to seller was never replied too so poor comms too. Disappointing as mistakes can happen but didnt even apologise.
