  Ordered a live bee balm plant from this seller. First one arrived in very poor condition (wilted, leaves browning, roots smushed in wet clay and weak). It did not make it. Let the seller know and they were great - sent me a new plant. Packaged the same way, though, also arrived in terrible condition (same as above), and quickly died. Both came entombed in two black styrofoam meat-packing trays taped together. I think they were simply oxygen starved. Don’t want to kill another one trying.
