  Product arrived with a large hole in the seal, under the cap. I advised the seller, who followed up by requesting a picture, which I sent. They offered a 30% discount, this was not satisfactory and I requested a replacement product. Haven’t heard a word since, so I guess the answer is No. The product was obviously not brand new as it had no exterior box or wrapping in additional to the hole in the seal which could mean it was contaminated.
