  Very professional and trustworthy seller ! After I ordered the product, the package arrived very quickly and carefuly ; the laptop was well secured, plus it came with a screen protection and keyboard stickers. The computer was cheap and matches the description, it arrived in very good condition. The only issue I had was about the Windows option which wasn't installed, but when I pointed it out, the seller soon replied me to explain their error and offered me to send it back to fix the problem.

  Schnelle Lieferung ordentlich verpackt. verpackung meiner Meinung nach etwas zu groß, aber nicht schlimm. Schön fand ich, das auch Eckpolster verwendet wurden. Preis war völlig in Ordnung. Im Nachhinein hätte ich sogar noch einen weiteren kaufen sollen. Ware wie beschrieben, eingesteckt, läuft wie gewünscht. Bei nem guten Angebot kaufe ich gerne wieder hire ein.

  schnell versendet, sehr gute Kommunikation, sehr sicher verpackt aber der Artikel entspricht nicht dem beschriebenen Zustand, auf dem Display sind zwei ca. 2mm große Kratzer und auf dem Fuß ein längerer tiefer Kratzer zu sehen, schade

  Shipping took few days. Item was in good condition and configuration was as promised. Graphics card was missing but it was sent quickly after I contacted the seller. Communication with seller was easy. I would shop again.

  I ordered two monitors, one arrived with damaged stand, so i had to replace it with seller. Seller was helpful and supportive - i didn't pay for return-back courier. And replacement arrived very quickly and and in good quality. Besides hiccup with one unit, i'm pleased with the value and transation overall.
