  Arrived in good time. Well packaged, and exactly as described. Fully working. So easy to change Samsung LCD screen. Can't believe I put off such an easy job fob for so long. Postage expensive but it is a large item. Packaged in repurposed TV box, so safe and no waste.

  Terrible service. Seller shipped different board than advertised. Try to contact him several days no reply. Had to contact ebay as his terms and conditions states don’t matter cause for return its buyer responsibility to pay cost of return. Bad service and avoid this seller.

  The package arrived secure in a box with adequate padding. It was unfortunate that I ordered a board that looked identical to my failed one but was not programmed for my particular TV so it didn't work of course. Digitech was very understanding of my error and I returned the board to them in the original packing and received a refund promptly. This was for the original cost of the board and the postage as well which I was not expecting. I can now order the correct item presently. Thanks again.
