  A beautiful brand brand-new, high-quality watch display case. Hands down the best price online anyplace I looked! Sadly, the case was damaged in shipping. Leaving the glass broken. I emailed the seller, who very promptly contacted me with return/refund instructions. I had my refund in no time and I don't fault the seller in anyway. I rate the seller ALL 5 STARS and wish every seller was as fast and honest. I cannot recommend this seller more. Thank you

  I don’t recommend buying from this seller. Dishonest and rude. The package arrived messy and incomplete. Yes, the listing photo didn’t show pen holders, but it did show everything neatly organized. When I opened the package, everything was loose and moving around. I asked politely about the holders, but the seller refused and responded rudely. This feels like a clear misrepresentation of the product. I was ready to buy more sets as gifts, but after this experience, I won’t be buying anymore.
