  Item was as described - New. Purchased Item Jan 13, but did not receive item until Jan 22 - It took longer than usual to get package plus it was delivered to the wrong address - one of my neighbors received it - BUT this was because of the Post office - not the seller. Good price! Seller even included a little surprise - Thank You so much! The Post Office needs to get it's act together! Would purchase again from this seller.

  The item was new and in an unopened package exactly as described. It was the exact item I ordered, and I am very happy with my purchase. I received it in a prompt manner and well packaged. It is my understanding that UPS charges have gone up, but I thought the shipping cost was slightly on the high side based on the fact that the item was only a die. Which should have priced out as a minimum charge.

  I look for value and found it. And I’m shopping for vendors who don’t charge an arm and a leg for shipping. I enjoy shopping with someone who’s shipping is under $6.00 and when it’s shipped it arrives when scheduled. Small Business is the way to go. I will no longer use Spellbinders website - just a terrible experience. I enjoy their products but will look for other vendors who care about the customer.
