  Phone arrived quickly just in a buble wrap envelope and a cardboard sleeve. In good condition as advertised. However, USB cable and screen protector not included. SIM card pin was. Contacted seller re missing items but no response, hence you lose a star.

  There was an issue with the model that was delivered but the returns process was straightforward and a replacement model was delivered a day or two later. The communication was excellent. I'm very happy with phone as it exceeds my expectations. The phone was in very excellent condition too. Very good value for money. 5 stars - recommended

  I order a red phone and recieved a black phone but after speaking to the seller he offered a £5 refund if I kept the phone my son said he will keep it and the seller gave us a £5 refund so i bought a red back cover and screen protector which came to a total of £15 the phone works fine
