The lights worked and are a nice addition to the rest of my solar lighting. If purchasing "Sunforce 35' Solar LED String Lights with Remote Control - 15 Bulbs" you are provided a choice of versions. Please note that the sellers descriptions clarifies that version 2.0 is a dusk to dawn auto on/off unit and it does not come with a remote.
