  Good seller—clear communication, excellent packaging, and a fair price. However, I paid $15 for USPS Priority shipping, and the package, sent on 9/17, didn’t arrive until 9/26—much longer than expected. I'm confident the delay wasn’t the seller's fault, but it took three times longer than it should have. When I contacted him, he promptly offered a partial refund on the shipping fee, which I found very fair.

  This little fella is absolutely precious. The seller was fantastic to work with. They answered any and all questions I had and responded quickly. It arrived in a very timely manner and was packaged exceptionally well. I look forward in doing more business with them in the future.

  Very slow shipping. I contacted after 2 days & got a lot of excuses, including the fire excuse.(The fire he said he was "battling" was contained nearly 2 months ago) Difficult to deal with. Item was packed well and is accurately described. If you buy from him ask lots of questions before you bid. Put your store on vacation mode if you are not able to fulfill orders.

  Buyer wanted the item overnighted yet refused to pay for the extra fees. I explained I am unable to ship right away due to being in the field of fires here in California as I’m on call. Doesn’t seem to comprehend things. So I got this feedback. Hhhmmm

  The item was as described and was packaged well to avoid damage. It took 3 weeks to receive the item from the time we paid for it. I contacted the seller at the end of the first week regarding shipping and was told it would be sent out Tuesday of the following week. Shipping label was created, but had to contact seller again at the end of second week because it still had not shipped. Was finally shipped the following Monday. Other than the shipping delay, we are happy

  I was out in the Easton fires here in California. Was unable to ship item during that time as I was only able to see messages n a reply was given. Buyer was not understanding just wanted the item. Hope everyone can understand my circumstances n move on. Item was shipped n received by buyer even if it was a little late
