  Seller did not have item in possession even though there was nothing in the description saying as such. Seller said he needed to order from the manufacture. Then later seller stated there was a different part number. Lots of run around. Seller did state he would refund the money, but never initiated it. eBay had to step in and force a refund. Buyer be aware.
