  Filter is great quality (it's the OEM brand). Condition is new in box as described, with the filter appearance looking pristine and sealed in the original plastic cover.   I never asked to cancel the order but the seller used it for the reason to cancel my order. The negative feedback is because the real reason (per what the seller told me) is "it costs more than $15 to send the items". Bad experience.
