  So this is my second purchase, I accidentally sent first to my old address, OPPS! Wish I can add BONUS star TO THIS REVIEW! Seller ships quickly & provided excellent packaging for product!   Unfortunately, the product was faulty and in my opinion, not well made. I messaged AutoMysticfj explaining my disappointment.. Cloe replied quickly and was very apologetic. We communicated a couple of times and she offered a refund deal which I agreed to. I was told not to return the item, just take pictures and send them instead..Even though the product was disappointing, the customer service and communication were excellent. Thanks for your help and understanding..
