  Seller faked "item sent" right after I purchased, but provided not tracking information. Item never arrived. I filed a case with eBay choosing that I wanted a refund and no longer wanted this seller to send the item. (Indeed yesterday, having not received this, I purchased similar item at a retail store locally) Today I got a message from this seller: Oh, sorry for the delay, sending not. BAD VENDOR! not to be trusted! Buy elsewhere!

  Absolute worst eBay transaction I've ever had. Do not buy from this seller. They would not provide me with a legitimate tracking number. Then they sent me the completely wrong item. Then they continually promised my refund for over a month and would not respond to my messages. I finally had to Dispute the charge with my credit card company. Trust the negative reviews.

  The item was dropped shipped from Amazon. I ordered the item because it was an older Yeti color and the item description stated I would receive that color. However I received a newer currently available color directly from Amazon. I would not purchase from this vendor as my return label was also directly back to Amazon. Waste of time. Would give 0 stars.
