  Very nice bag, excellent seller communication. I received an email about when the item shipped. Most sellers do not do that. Very carefully packaged. I was concerned about using a knife to open it but the seller had added extra cardboard to prevent a problem from that. Also received a nice note and an extra bonus from this seller. This is someone who really cares about the customer experience.

  What a wonderful seller!!!! Gorgeous bag, beautifully packaged with a surprise gift! An adorable "bling" pen! Also gave me a refund from shipping stating I paid more than necessary. Great communicator, wonderful merchandise, and honest to boot! Will buy again from her!!!

  I had to return this bag and the seller was the EASIEST SELLER I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH when I have needed to return an item. The seller even refunded me as soon as it was mailed to them.....before they received it back. THAT IS A SELLER WITH CLASS. A PLUS.....
