I needed the boots quickly, and they worked with me to ensure they arrived well before the event. The boots were packaged perfectly to protect the leather and arrived exactly as described (& a great value too!). Amazing experience with this seller — they cared about the “why” behind the purchase!   Good price on the name brand Pendleton I like, photos accurately portrayed the product. Laundered product arrived in plastic packaging surrounded by cardboard, great condition, shipping time quite reasonable. Overall, this is why I check with EBay for my favorite products!

  Item is as described. USPS did a horrible job with shipping . The package was in Florida last Saturday and then went back to Chicago and then back to Florida. Was to be delivered June 30 and didn’t receive until July 5

  I can’t say enough positives for this purchase. The item arrived just as described and very well packaged. Imagine my smile when I opened the box to find it lovingly wrapped in tissue with a bit beautiful bow on it! Love it. Thank you so very much!!!
