  Received the item on May 24 that I ordered May 9. Seller communication was good when I was advised that the item that was 1st shipped was mishandled and shipped another item. Condition was good and for the price the value was good.

  excellent precison item in new condition- but let me tell you about value. this seller went completely put of their way when there was a delivery issue. the communication, time and genuine concern for the issue was incredible. they have been absolutely kind, compassionate and strove to make everything more than just ok. i cannot express how much this is worth, especially in the mindset of most these days. (that made me sound old... im just old fashioned.) much gratitude for everything!!! A++++++

  Arrived earlier than expected so I appreciate that! I was under the impression that this was a “The Ordinary” product but it wasn’t. I’ve never heard of this brand before but I hope to use it and see if it works for my skin since it looks like it might get the job done. The price was reasonable, at least in my opinion. It was just as described and although the box was a bit beat up during the shipping process, the product itself seems to arrive with nothing damaged. Thank you so much for this!

  I never received the item since the delivery method was not a trackable company in the US. Aliexpress is not known here. Status was delivered but not to my address. It is not known where it went. I contacted the seller and he immediately rectified by refunding and sending out another one. Good seller
