  Seller sent me an open packet, opened, used item, tempered with. The item was taped. He wrote false information to sell this item: " A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item". This seller is totally dishonest and misrepresents his information. Please stay away from him! He gave me a hard time to refund my money. Ebay customer service is useless.

  The item was exactly as described with clear photos of the packaging condition. Buyer falsely claimed it was used, even though it was new and unused. I spent 3 hours with eBay support to ensure I followed the correct process. The buyer also used aggressive and disrespectful language in messages. I feel this was an abuse of the return process and a manipulation of the system.
