    FedEx completely made a disaster out of the shipping and caused it to end up taking a month after purchasing before I got the item. However, the seller was very understanding and tried to be helpful. Item was as described once I finally got it although the box was very very dirty which I blame on FedEx.

    I had a problem with my tent and the great people in customer service really were fantastic. My phone calls were returned promptly. My emails and texts were also handled in a very timely manner. Definitely excellent experience. Shout out to everyone who helped me, you guys were awesome!!!
