They said they would uber the part to me. That didn't happen instead shipped me a part I no longer needed. Said they gave me a $30 coupon I could use (so i wouldn't write this) code did not work. I messaged them and got crickets. It's too bad the owner died the business was well run when Al was around.

(Yet they continued to send me offers for other items I had previously shown an interest in.) Having grown tired of waiting on a response to my original message, I requested a return of the damaged item and almost a week later they still have responded to the return request.

A week and couldn’t get even one of the two separate items i ordered in the mail. Replies with don’t have a handle. How is it in stock if you don’t have the handle? Seller don’t reply in a timely manner nor try’s to make things right. Sometimes, they're great; other times… not so much We don't just blindly send packages and hope for the best—we track and monitor every shipment.We also had a one-day delay in receiving a shipment, and I apologize if that truly made this the "worst experience ever".
