    Doll arrived quick, shipping was fast and she was packaged well. The doll was as described new, but the heel on one shoe was broken. I have no idea how that could have happened, other than Mattel did not do proper quality control and I got one of the messed up dolls. The shoes are really cute too, so I’m bummed about that. This is not the seller’s fault.
