  I was surprised how cheap this was compared to Tumi, but the bag arrived with the tags on looking exactly like the one in the store. The seller took a very long time to ship (14 days from order), but the profile does warn about this. The total time from seller shipping from Japan to the product arriving at my house in the US was less than 5 days. There’s not an easy way to communicate with seller through eBay, so just know that going in. I mark this all towards getting the discount.

  Just so everyone is aware, This seller seems to ship things once a week or so...so you might not hear anything for a few days, my case was about a week, and then it ships very quick. The items are not the EXACT item that are in the pics...you can figure that out by seeing many TUMI bags across sellers using the same pics. Mine was obviously a blemish/outlet...but for the price, I'm totally cool with it. (I was expecting it) Overall great and I'll will have no problem ordering again from ALOE-YA

  The item. Was exactly as described a lot of love and care went into the packaging the price And shipping cost was absolutely reasonable. I definitely got my money's worth and I got here extremely quickly perfect in every way and I would be very happy to do business with the seller again.

  Very nice bag but I thought the zip was black as in the picture, but I got the black bag with the gold zip. Nevertheless it's a beautiful light bag. Second is that, the shipping takes a long time, maybe due to location. But once its shipped, it arrives very fast via FedEx. thanks seller.

  It took a little longer than I was expecting to receive my bag but seller did tell me the reason was something out of their control. But I finally received it yesterday and couldn't be happier! Great quality and exactly the same as advertised! I would definitely buy another one in the future!
