  Fantastic seller who's truly dedicated to his customers. This arrived extremely fast which I didn't expect after placing the order during a holiday weekend. The packaging was abundant. Unlike other sellers who think that portable typewriters in cases can just be thrown in a box, this seller understands that a typewriter has many moving parts that needs to be secured for safe shipping.   These unique bookends were exactly as described. No surprises here. Communications were clear, efficient and kind from this knowledgeable seller, who has been doing this for years.   Shipping was expert, Packaging was expert and professional. Typewriter was in excellent condition as described. Perfect value. This machine was carefully cleaned and lubed. It's as though 1941 was last year, the machine hasn't aged a year yet. Excellent job! Thanks again!

  Actually a gift for my daughter so I didn't personally receive it; but in speaking with her she had an initial problem with the operation of the typewriter and got in contact with the seller. He was very helpful and told her if it wasn't right he would take it back for a full refund if it went unresolved, even though the advertisement stated no refunds. She did figure out how to fix the problem in the meantime and called the seller back to let him know but the display of ethics was commendable.

  A great seller, I was worried about how the item would survive the trip across the Atlantic but it came very thoroughly packaged in perfect condition. Communication was excellent and the product fantastic.

  I can't fully express how extremely grateful I am for the care this seller took in packaging the typewriter. I had my doubts that a 40 pound item from 1930 with glass panels would survive the journey across the border, but it was so meticulously packed that I certainly didn't have to worry. Took me so long to unpack it that all I could think of was how much of a chore it must have been to wrap it so well in the first place. Typewriter was pristine. I'm genuinely impressed by this seller.
