  I have three problems with the seller first problem was decilla held a package for 3 days before it was even sent out. The second problem was that he listed it as a new ice cooler which it was not it was not wrapped up and no plastic and a package was terrible. The third problem was that it never came with no ice packs like you do with new ones I have not received any ice packs with it so it's been a used pack never received any ice packs supposed came with two ice packs

  Ordered a hairdryer. Received 3 boxes of toothpaste taped together. Contacted the seller, he agrees to take them back. No apology, no explanation. So I have to drive to the post office to mail the toothpaste back. Still no hairdryer. I’ve no words.
