  The item was ok and seems to work. However, before ordering I asked the seller if he had tested the instrument power on. I never got an answer. It seems from the other feedback as well that this seller is not communicative. It is good customer service practice to respond if someone asks something. It is polite anyway. This is why I give neutral feedback instead of positive one.

  The seller assured me the device was in good working order. It was not. The battery was completely dead and could not be charged. Not only was the device unusable, it took about 4 weeks to arrive. Thankfully a refund was provided, but this is not a good seller.
