  when i opened puzzle, the pieces had come out of the box & since there was no filler, 2 of them were almost out of the outer box. would've been better if pieces were enclosed in a plastic bag and/or if crumpled paper had been used as filler. seller answered my question about postage & that was very helpful & much appreciated.

  Terrible experience. Puzzle was received damaged, pieces were loose and possibly missing. Other pieces were damaged by the packing tape used to secure the bag. Seller offered no resolution and was defensive about how product was received. I would NOT recommend this seller nor will I ever purchase from again. Buyer beware!
