  Excellent seller and would definitely recommend. Delivery to Northern Ireland well within estimated time, in fact, a week earlier. Constant communication from seller regarding delivery and tracking. The delivery firm, Evri, left the package behind a large garden-pot which I appreciated. Item exactly as ordered, too. Thank you!

  This is an exceptional seller and I have purchased several items from this seller. One of my purchased was faulty and I contacted the seller who is sending me a replacement immediately.   Received Item in first class condition. I had first class communication with seller who sent me an email to say when the item would arrive. As this is a small company they have to keep costs down so they can give the customer the best value for money so items take slightly longer to arrive. I would ask anyone to support such companies you get a better more personal service not like the big companies who are only faces behind screens. I will be purchasing more from this seller.   I want to say a very big thank you to this seller, some weeks back I ordered a meat thermometer unfortunately through no fault of the seller but it came very badly damaged ( ROYAL MAIL !! ) I contacted the seller who came back to me saying how sorry they were and refunded me in full straight away after I'd sent photos of the item. I have just received me replacement from them and everything is great. Delivery by courier. I would definitely recommend this seller.

  Hermes claimed to have left these by my back door, but they were nowhere to be found and I doubt that they were stolen. The seller was very apologetic and replaced them immediately, this time using Royal Mail. I will give 5/5 for dispatch time, because he did try. 5/5 for seller communication, because I needed to communicate this time, rather than it being by default, when I did not. They look OK and should be easy to use.
