  Received unit very well packaged, working and as advertised.. and EARLY! Yes, not “delayed” in shipping, no, EARLIER THAN TRACKING or SHIPPING initially described!?!!! - I’ve heard “fairy-tales” and “legends” of shipping & freight companies delivering undamaged and on-time, but I’ve never seen it happen… AND, early too?? - awesome!!   First DVD drive I received didn't work. After requesting to return it, the seller offered to have his "tech" test and mail a replacement which I accepted. I received a replacement a little over a week later. The replacement is capable of booting from disks and mounting them. Doesn't work every time though but I appreciate the effort by the seller trying to make it right. I wouldn't recommend buying these IDE former DELL drives though.

  They gave my the wrong fan. Contacted them about it in one day they already shipped the correct one to me. Couldn't have asked for better customer service.

  Everything came as ordered and in good condition. I liked the fact that time was taken to pack everything well, so nothing got damaged. The cost of the items was a fair price, and I would buy from this seller again.

  Item shipped quickly in appropriate packaging and arrived in mint condition. Price was about what I'd expect for older OEM equipment. I only wish the screws were included! But not holding that against the seller since it is a 20 year old part.
