  Ordered the mug for a friend, took a bit longer to ship but I was fine with that. Had not communicated with seller, didn’t have a need to. Order was shipped to my friend and the mug was broken. Item was wrapped in a puppy pee pad and there was a pool noodle cut to fit in box. No bubble wrap, no peanuts, nothing really protecting the ceramic mug from being damaged during shipping. I have contacted the seller twice and have given them over 48 hours to respond and nothing, complete silence

  My Monarch mug arrived yesterday.. It was carefully packaged so the mug would arrive unbroken. The Mug was perfectly described by the seller. The condition was perfect. I thought the value of the mug was fairly priced and it arrived in a timely manner.
