I contacted the seller and the replacement piece PLUS a small ‘we’re sorry this happened’ bonus glass piece was immediately shipped and arrived equally well-wrapped and unbroken. Very satisfied.   Great piece, had the exact one before but knocked it off the counter onto the cement and it broke. Packaging was great and the product arrived unbroken. Shipping was a little slow but that was due to seller being away so I was notified upfront when purchasing. Good price for a compact water rig.

  Seller processed the order quickly, and I had tracking quickly after the purchase. My package was a 6.5in glass piece and it was packed well and brand new. If you order from the seller it will show up in one piece. Price is a good deal. It is not the thickest glass but perfect for a little piece. The item has an appearance exactly like the photos in the listing.
