  It is not until you have a problem that you appreciate a great seller. The fed ex driver neglected to put the pick up instructions on the deliver tag like he was supposed to, and it took two days to locate after it supposedly had been delivered. The seller on the other hand called them as soon as I asked for help, then contacted me right away. when it was found it was packed very well. Fantastic service, would buy again!!!!!!!!

  Overall, a VERY GOOD seller! Very responsive and communicates effectively! However, the shipping method chosen (USPS Ground Advantage) is HORRIBLE for deliveries in my area. I forewarned of this, but it was chosen anyway! As a result, it took 10 DAYS TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE! The product was “as described” and it was packed with “GREAT care!” I can only hope they adopt better ways to ship (even if the BUYER has to pay a little more)!

  After more than 20 pre-sales questions and 5 more after the sale I get a negative comment because the package took 10 days to arrive during the week the country was under a cold spell and ALL mail was delayed despite the fact that the buyer had a choice between USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail and chose the less expensive of the two options. Isn't EBAY great?

Seller was contacted with a return request, seller was very communicative and courteous. seller accepted my return request without any push-back. Very good seller.   The seller did a great job of accurately depicting the item (Toshiba Satellite A665 HDD Caddy) and shipped it promptly. USPS, on the other hand, took their sweet time and doubled the transportation time. The packaging was very good and protected the contents very well. A+ for the seller.
