  Seller was a little too slow to ship, about a week, and I asked to cancel. Item was shipped and I was told to refuse delivery. I was then refunded with no issues. I would buy from this seller again if I was not in need of the part quickly. Service was good but getting the item out the door was slow.

  Alternator was just as described, shipped quickly, installed without issue, and works fine. It came poorly packaged resulting in box only being held intact by several layers of packaging tape. I was surprised that the terminals were not broken off. If I did not need it desparately, I would have refused shipment.

  Item was as described and was delivered quickly. The part worked great for 2 weeks then malfunctioned. Allroous responded promptly to my return request and made the process go smoothly. Although in the end my purchase had to be returned I would purchase from allroous in the future.
