After multiple messages back and forth taking 24 hour turnaround seller finally took action. I was refunded and still waited over a week for delivery. When it was delivered there was damage to the carb, the choke lever was broken into many pieces, shown in photo. Shipped from CHINA in a small bubble wrap bag. Not good. I've bought items from all over the world. Honesty is best policy.
