The box was somewhat beat up so maybe it was a shipping issue? Anyway, the seller offered a replacement or refund, so excellent customer service.

Had trouble getting it working but once I finally did, there was no problem with the printer. Printer was packed very secured inside the box that it was in. That is why I am giving this vendor a favorable review. Was shipped from Lake Mary, FL and if I ever need to order anything from him again, I would.
