  Waist measurement off 2 inches. Suppose to have been 14 inches laid flat as in description. 13 laid flat was actual measurement as the picture shows that I attached. Packaging was very nice and shipping was okay and item is in good condition. Someone made a mistake in measurement which is a crucial part of clothing descriptions. Ask for pictures of measurments before you buy on ebay.
