  Paid upfront no hold. Seller does not ship within the first 3 days via ebay policy . Seller does not communicate that he cant or wont ship within 3 days of purchase. Seller held on to the package for 5 days total before shipping. Seller refused to cancel the order for buyer (before label was printed/or shipped. Ebay consider my messages and notes before redacting. I stand by everything. Seller has his own agenda on how to communicate, package , and ship with buyers. Buyers have a right to know.
