  The customer communications and service has been fantastic. Delivery time was brilliant, packaging of the first unit was not adequate. There were issues with two mirror units for a vw t5.1, sadly these could not be resolved but with the feedback, communication and information I provided hopefully these issues can be resolved. The product was very good value if it was fully functional. Appearance was as new. Quality issues are letting this provider down as their customer service is first class.

  Cannot recommend these guys enough - they are fantastic communicators and are happy answering any questions…they even checked my car details to ensure the part would fit before proceeding with the sale, which was a nice touch. Delivery was fast and good value (next day delivery), and the part arrived well packaged, secured and in new condition. The part itself is excellent quality (like brand new) and looks great on my car - will definitely be using them again!

  Looks and feels good, only time will tell if they're going to last. I can say that my experience with 'Spares Hut' was AAA* I messaged them for confirmation that the item was correct for my car and in 8 minutes they messaged back agreeing that they were indeed correct. The well packaged, undamaged items did arrive the next day. A really positive experience which is not always the case with other sellers. Thank you.

  great ebayer very good communication big problems with courier ( evri ) lost parcel but seller sorted problem and sent out replacement with dhl received next day you can’t beat response better than that thank you very much hope you use dhl now thanks

  Vendor despatched item promptly,but evri decided to hold it at a hub for 4 days, after messaging seller to let him know, Vendor raised issue with evri, and arrived next day. Item as described, brilliant price. Thanks again for the follow up.
