    My bowls arrived safely packaged and before I expected them. They were packed in bubble wrap, then shielded with packing peanuts in a larger than needed box. The bowls were as described and I value them, as they have raised the value of my collection. The price point and shipping charges were appropriate for the pieces by allowing the seller to make some money and myself not to be over charged. I would definitely reshop this seller! Excellent experience!

    The firehouse arrived in excellent condition and was as described in the ad and the photos. The seller was easy to work with and responded promptly to questions and communications. Luckily, the seller had added extra packing because the outer box was damaged in shipping.

    The item was exactly as described and my daughter loves it. The seller sent the item right out and FedEx made it take forever to get here. The seller was on top of it and kept me updated the whole time until I received my item. I greatly appreciated everything they did to make sure I got the package. Great customer service and highly recommend ordering from them.

    Great item, exactly as described; packaged beautifully with a handwritten note! Post office made an error along the way and the seller was sure to correct it. Very happy with purchase and a great value.
