I do my best to ship promptly, most orders are packaged first thing in the morning and either picked up or dropped off the same day. Occasionally someone makes an early morning purchase and their item goes out the same day. I also ship on Saturdays.

    Item arrived as listed, safely packed, & in good condition. Although the packing seemed fine to me, a horn on one of the 2 frost giants helm was broken cleanly off, but a little superglue & it was good as new. Package was in USPS possession in less than 24 hours after order was placed. I would buy from this seller again in the future.

    Item arrived quickly, although the package was flattened. The thin cardboard of the item's box was not strong enough to endure shipping without reinforcement. Fortunately, item was okay.
