  What a very beautiful bowl! Really pleased with this purchase, described, but if anything much, much nicer than the photographs., and very good value for money. It arrived this morning which was very quick considering that this was sent from Australia! It was extremely well packaged, and yes, I would most definitely recommend this seller. Very Many thanks.

  I purchased a number of items from Alice and definitely recommend this seller. The condition, price, postage, and packaging were all amazing, and there are plenty of good images of the items to review and inform the purchase. Additionally, the service and communication stood out as exceptional - I received a lovely card describing the provenance of the items - I will take good care of them Alice, they are in good hands in SA again.

  Bunnykins mug with 'ice cream seller' design is finely detailed in pretty colours, arrived in perfect as new condition as described and very well packaged.   I am pleased with the item overall. It is a nice historical item and was packaged well. However, I made an error by not digging through the about this item section, which described the item size as smaller than the full-sized cup I had expected - my mistake. Based on the subsequent communication, the seller appeared not to be receptive to my suggestions about this being included in the title. Lesson learned.

  I did not refer to the buyer as lazy and ignorant. But I will let buyers make the judgement taking into consideration other feedback I have received.

  Beautiful plate in excellent condition. Reasonable price. Packed with great care. The seller’s communication was outstanding: she contacted me to say she had heard from Australia Post that the item was held up in the Sydney depot and offered me a full refund for the item plus postage. I assured her that I was happy to wait, but I greatly appreciated her offer.
