  Item arrived well packaged, but unfortunately was slightly damaged by the shipping carrier (wood varnish chipped in places). The seller was prompt in accepting responsibility (even if not their fault) and offered a resolution in the form of a partial refund, which I was satisfied with. Overall, very satisfied with the experience.

  (Shipped with another figure) The postal handling struck on this order! Not the seller's fault. They packaged both figures securely with bubble wrap in a double-layered box, but someone still abused the package. Fortunately, the only damage to Edgeshot was to his box. The figure is still perfectly in tact, and on display with my other pro hero figures. The figure was marked at a good after-market price, so I'm happy with my purchase nonetheless. I would buy from Reflet Tokyo again, for sure!
