  Complete waste of time and money. Took my money. Shipped my item in a plain paper envelope from Europe. Received an empty envelope from Italy. No tracking. No communication. No response from seller. This is a reoccurring problem with this seller. Hope I get my money back from eBay. Supposedly covered by eBay money back guarantee.   Seller never posted ANY shipping information. Tried to contact several, several , several,times. Had they at least responded once to multiple messages it would have been positive. They flat out DID NOT respond to any of my messages. Totally GHOSTED ME. All they had to say was it was shipped. Just left me in limbo wondering. Week after week after week after week. It came international by the way.

  The most negative customer experience I have had. Product not delivered. Only received an empty envelope. Too picture and informed seller. Trying to resolve thru eBay and still waiting. Also seller never responded to numerous messages thru eBay mail. I won’t shop thru eBay again. Took my money and no product.
