    Unfortunately we hadnot received an invoice in the shipment. We had checked upon arrival. That can happen, no problem. So I kindly asked twice an invoice. No reaction. Only after making a negative review we got a quick but annoyed reaction, and the invoice. At the end: article was 100%, shipment 100%, speed 100%.

    That's not true!!! All our order packages are sent with the invoice inside the package along with a gift with the purchase. If you need a more detailed invoice, we'll need your complete tax information (e.g., VAT), which we don't have. Before giving a negative star, you should think twice; we have 100% positive feedback. The invoice itself has all our information so you can write to us directly at home. This is unfair, and you know it.

    After purchasing, it arrived in Japan two weeks from Spain. The product was exactly as described, so I was relieved. However, I was charged double the shipping fee because I purchased two sets, but the products arrived packaged together, so I wish there was a way to make the shipping cheaper. I have no complaints about the seller, but I feel that the e-bay system needs some improvement.
