  Off white is wrong - it it light grey! Seller said only option was for me to pay for return shipping up front & they would then reimburse me after I provided receipt. It did not go this smoothly! Ebay told me they should NOT have done it this way & instead should have sent me a prepaid return label or funded my Paypal the amount for return shipping PRIOR to me purchasing it. It has been 2 months since purchase & bag seems lost. Item not as described - Ebay sided with me... HUGE HASSLE!

  We informed you the bag was a little grey shade and showed a photo against the wall on eBay before you ordered. We reimbursed your return shipping after receiving the receipt, but the parcel hasn’t arrived and appears lost. Since we’re not the sender, we can’t file a claim. However, as it’s insured, you may be able to claim both the postage and the bag’s value. We’ve done our best to be transparent and truly regret any inconvenience or stress this situation has caused.
