  The item was as described, the ebay site informs you that all their tools come with a tamper proof seal see below to safe guard against fakes. This is not the case now due to new packaging. Albionshire are an official agent for Ancel as I emailed them and they confirmed it.   The buyer seems to be confusing the VD500 with the more advanced VD700 which we sell. Another important factor that's not being considered is that all of our tools come with a 12 month UK warranty. We arrange a return and a replacement. Buying from overseas puts you at risk because the agents selling them will eventually run off into the sunset leaving you out of pocket!
