    This seller was rather creative with the packaging, cool! The item is exactly as described and I think it was a good value. (Although it is not the seller's fault the USPS had a love affair with this item, it was passed around on the sending end in the same city from Jan 28-31 and then on the receiving end from Feb 1-4 with a one day holiday in between). Seller was well within their shipping policy posted in the listing. Thank you!

    Fast delivery, the vendor listed the wrong item. The vendor did communicate to let me know that he listed it the wrong item. I told him I take it anyway, and he also compensated me for the miss listing. Very satisfied with the vendor highly recommended.

    Seller was wonderful. We needed this item ASAP as our Starlink router had died and we were without internet, which was an issue since I work from home. They were very responsive to messages and shipped promptly (within hours of purchase) with next day shipping to ensure we had the router as quickly as possible. We are back up and running now. Item was as described. Highly recommend this seller!

    Support was amazing. The package shipped quickly and arrived prior to the expected date. I would definitely buy from this seller again. The item was in a bubble wrap envelope that contained additional padding. The charger I bought is very hard to find as they have been discontinued, so this was a excellent value. However, the postal service damaged the package and lost the item, but the seller offered to refund my purchase though it wasn't their vault. Excellent seller!!
