  Posted quickly & arrived in a nice bubble envelope clearly labelled. Beads further packed in clear plastic pouch. Beads were much darker than the photographed pale pink. Attempted return as they weren’t the colour I was tasked to find. Although the seller is listed as accepting 30 day returns this is “only if the item arrives broken”. The seller offered a generous partial refund “as a goodwill gesture” & said I could keep the item. I’d have preferred a return but appreciated the gesture.

  Excellent transaction from start to finish with great communication from the seller. Expertly packaged so an easily broken item arrived in perfect condition. Posted with Royal mail so arrived quickly with accurate tracking. Item is exactly what I wanted so great value for me. Thank you.

  Very chuffed with this watch, great value as these new are £35. I bought this as it looked as new and would be great in my collection, and it is as described!. It arrived quickly, good value postage unlike most, and was VERY well packaged, thank you! Arrived safe and sound and working. I've had watches delivered simply slipped into a standard thin jiffy bag and was surprised they got here intact, so this was great! Highly recommended seller , kudos! A+++

  Unfortunately the item was broken, so not as described. However, the seller’s response was very prompt and they immediately agreed to fully refund the item. Their response and communication was excellent. I genuinely believe that they were not aware that the item was damaged before dispatch. I would very happily deal with this seller again, and they have some interesting items. Thankyou.
