  the item was showing delivered however we did not receive it the seller promptly responded by sending out another post we received this,i might add that this was only one of 3 items we purchased from other suppliers that did not arrive so I don't belive in any way this was the seller's fault,, first class service unlike RM

  item was dispatched quickly, packaging was damaged when it arrived but it was all in place. The rubber didn't fit my machine as the measurements were not as shown in the photo, however, the return process and refund was dealt with quickly. I would buy from the seller again; however, I would also recommend they update the photos in the listing to show the correct size.

  Item arrived broken, cardboard packing was intact, no padding. Initial communications good, return for refund readily agreed and postage label provided. Posted promptly. communications then very poor, no response then poor understanding. Parcel left uncollected at delivery office for long period by seller & long delay before refund. No confidence to buy again from this seller.

  We cant do more packing, the nature of plastic eh? We were not informed or card left from the RM? It was only because we had another post we went over and we were then informed that the return was there.........Thats RM for you....sorry you'll not be returning....especially as it was not our fault
