  The quality of the item fabric was heavy duty. The condition was brand new. The value was a great price. The item was $15 less ordering it here from eBay than purchasing it from Walmart. The appearance of the item was brand new and was very well packaged. The item was mailed in a Ziploc bag in a plastic envelope. There was no damage to the item and it came as described from seller. I am very happy with my purchase and the seller of this item.
