  We are on holiday at the moment, so this unit has not been tested. The unit arrived promptly and undamaged. It was advertised with a remote controller, which had not been shipped with the machine. But once the seller had been made aware of this, he kindly shipped either the original or replacement to me, which was appreciated. Good seller. Thanks

  I received the incorrect model and it did not function properly. Kept displaying „Please Wait“. Contacted the seller and received some guidance. We determined that the unit is faulty and I returned it. The seller send me the correct model and used next day delivery. I was also offered extended warranty. Professional and responsive. I hope I get to use my Panasonic for a long time.

  I am delighted by this purchase which was supposed to be delivered by the end of January, but arrived the day after I ordered it - about 2 weeks early! Brilliantly packaged for safety and good communication from the start. I have finally set it up and found that it works beautifully and I can now catch up on watching some very old videos.
